Not sure if opensea is also a new partner, but can anyone explain what is this? Check both screenshots. Also today on twitter I saw opensea plans for a L2 solution as gas price is high.

TypeScript SDK for the OpenSea marketplace

  • As a developer, this is unlikely the case. You see, this library is the SDK for opensea (read more here, in it's public github repo https://github.com/ProjectOpenSea/opensea-js). So what this is telling to me is that there will likely be integrations between the two, but in no way does it mean that opensea will utilise loopring. Instead, I would guess we will have some sort of bridge to transfer your NFTs from one platform to another. But that's only guess by me. It might be that the partnership is coming and I hope it is, but it's just not this piece of information that we can decide based on.

  • loopring_sdk

  • Similar story if I'm building a Dex/marketplace on Looprings L2, I would probably utilise the Loopring SDK since it has all the relevant built in functions and so on for me to only care on the product that I want to make.
