If you did a snapshot with ProperTree, it does all of the work for you with load order. The only remaining reason Bluetooth might not work I can think of is if you don't have a USB map. Try making a USB map with this tool. Read the README before starting of course. Once you're done, it'll give you a generated UTBMap.kext. Add both UTBMap.kext and USBToolBox.kext to your config.
