TokenTool
TokenTool removes much of the tedium from creating tokens for use with MapTool or your favorite online gaming application. Just drag an image into the background, select a frame, zoom and pan to suit, and drag off a finished token. The resulting token is transparent around the edges and cropped to the size you wanted.

Eigengrau-s-Essential-Establishment-Generator
A town generator that is suitable for out of the box play in any fantasy TTRPG setting.
TokenTool is great for making tokens you can drag directly into roll20 in like 30 seconds, when the players do something unexpected (https://www.rptools.net/toolbox/token-tool/)
Fantasy Grounds to run the games and put together quick maps Discord for voice chat and off hours in game discussions or other game communication DungeonDraft for map making including LoS conversion to Fantasy Grounds Excel and One note for campaign/ world building https://azgaar.github.io/Fantasy-Map-Generator/ for world map, faction, and story ideas.
Oh, right, notes. Those notes. The notes specifically for my D&D campaign. I kinda sorta use notion.so for my notes, but realistically my notes do not exist, as I don't have the time and energy to actually keep that notion page updated.
I might have missed it but I didn't see Eigengrau's Generator mentioned. Love it both for coming up with towns on the fly, as well as a base for towns/cities I plan to build up.
