SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
As most of you probably know, it is possible to drag and drop images into the editor since TW 5.2.0 (for those who don't check out the neat video at https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyWiki5/pull/5699). I'm now looking to have these images automagically stored in a specific folder based on the current year to keep things under control.
