Oh, since you're already well into JS, you may be interested to learn CS or programming concepts later on. You can check out: https://github.com/ossu/computer-science or other intro to CS courses. Learning the concepts early on helped me switch between languages and frameworks relatively painless.
I am also beginner to development and have started it from last week. Seeing your post motivated me to complete my project today which I was initially going to defer to tomorrow . I finally completed my project - song recommender using spotify . This is the code repository .
