There was a big PR to update translations for Monero GUI Wallet, which can be found here https://github.com/monero-project/monero-gui/pull/3811. Those changes reflect new strings for a variety of languages: - Afrikaans, which is now translated at 100.0% (724 of 724 strings) - Romanian: Currently translated at 99.4% (720 of 724 strings) - Dutch: Currently translated at 83.7% (642 of 767 strings) - Japanese: Currently translated at 97.5% (706 of 724 strings) - Hungarian: Currently translated at 94.3% (683 of 724 strings) - Hebrew: Currently translated at 42.5% (326 of 767 strings) - Dutch: Currently translated at 83.7% (642 of 767 strings) - Polish: Currently translated at 90.0% (691 of 767 strings) - Chinese (Simplified): Currently translated at 77.7% (596 of 767 strings) - German: Currently translated at 90.2% (693 of 768 strings)
I also opened an issue at each Monero repository to configure 'webhooks' (see https://github.com/monero-project/monero-site/issues/1907). They will help automate pulling changes from upstream and therefore, keep Weblate in sync. It's worth noting though that as selsta and erciccione stated on #monero-dev, those hooks would only really benefit monero-site, as both CLI and GUI need to be updated manually anyway because of the way the .ts files work. I still think it's worth setting them up as it'll be one less manual update from my side.
As for January, I will push translations to getmonero.org website since we have had some progress from contributors. I'll also start looking into adding moneropedia entries to Weblate as per https://github.com/monero-ecosystem/monero-translations/issues/108. A 'call for translators' post on reddit is planned for the following days.
