Both of these errors can be caused by a number of things so it's hard to tell exactly what's wrong off the bat. I would suggest looking at this issue thread on the react-native repo regarding Module AppRegistry error.
For the reanimated error there's also a thread on github regarding the specific error and there's a lot of different solutions that might work for your project.
