Do you know any specialised sites on ESP8266- / ESP32- powered consumer devices with curated, clear listings like (but another ones) https://www.esphome-devices.com/ and how you use it?
The thing I found interesting was that all of the devices at https://templates.blakadder.com were flashable with Tasmota, meaning they're ESP8266-based. But as another commenter pointed out, that doesn't mean the same devices are still using the ESP8266.
