I haven't made my way through all of it, but I have heard good things about Bartosz Milewski's 'Category Theory for Programmers'

Heads up on CIS 194 - seems like some of the examples for the first 4 lectures are a bit outdated... I see that the instructor created a modified version of these lectures, which is more up-to-date.
