  • pop

A project for managing all Pop!_OS sources (by pop-os)

  • Let me know what you think. Maybe I should make an issue / feature request on Pop!_OS's bug tracker?

  • cpufreq

    System Monitor and Power Manager

  • In fact, that does seem to be the case: I was looking at cpufreq (GNOME extension), and it appears it "simply doesn't work" under Pop!_OS, likely due to the latter's power daemon.

  • SurveyJS

  • TLP-Switcher

Gnome shell extension for switching TLP configurations

  • Actually, it looks like exactly what I'm looking for - a TLP profile switcher for GNOME - was available some time ago, but alas, it hasn't been updated for nearly two years: https://github.com/rosghub/TLP-Switcher

  • TLPUI

A GTK user interface for TLP written in Python

  • In any case, messing with /etc/tlp.conf by itself seems rather daunting. Maybe TLPUI is worth looking at?

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
