    • I have a bunch of HomeKit automations that are pretty simple but basically busywork. For example, I have to double up for on/off reactions to events. I'm using homebridge-away-mode to turn on/off some lights and I have to have both a motion-detected and no-motion-detected HomeKit automation to get it to work.

    • I was looking for a way to do this in Homebridge, maybe some sort of scripting replacement for HomeKit automations. I'm sure I can cobble something together using HomeScript and/or homebridge-script2 but I didn't know if there was a more direct solution to move busywork automations off HomeKit and into Homebridge.
