So, I am thinking of installing kiss.

This page summarizes the projects mentioned and recommended in the original post on /r/kisslinux

Our great sponsors
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • init

KISS Linux - Init Framework (by kisslinux)

  • Yes. The init scripts are written so as to be as init-agnostic as possible. See here to see what has specifically been tested. You'll need to either change what owns /sbin/init or, when configuring the kernel, change what executable it spawns as PID 1. Depending on what init you use, you may have to set up a service manager or gettys manually like this -- custom scripts are placed in /etc/rc.d with self-explanatory suffixes .boot, .pre.shutdown, or .post.shutdown.

  • community

Officially unofficial KISS community repository, mirror of https://codeberg.org/kiss-community/community (by kiss-community)

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
