How can I include object keys as headings when using IMPORTJSONAPI?

Hello, I've seen the custom IMPORTJSONAPI function used by people in this subreddit. I've managed to get my data into my sheet but I'm struggling with the syntax. I'd like to be able to include the object keys as headings. Here's an example:

I usually prefer IMPORTJSONAPI, but that is one of its problems. Maybe for your use case IMPORTJSON.gs would be better as it has built in header options, just a less robust selection format.
