SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
Also, why the tiny X button in the corner when there's so much space for it? I like the nanodesu window buttons which fill the height of the bar so they don't require pecking a tiny spot.
Did you try tiling scripts like Bismuth? They reduce a lot the need to drag windows around if it's an issue for you. Of course the Alt+click should be the last resort in any scenario

I find myself getting annoyed with having to set each window Up how I like it. So far this is a set up I enjoy when working on projects. How can I get Ubuntu to save this 'set up' so I can quickly open these apps in this view?
