  • As a starting point, you could use https://github.com/danmed/Docker-Compose-Backup to pull backup all the containers you have as compose files. I've found the script generates a lot of extra noise in the files (might be to do with my environment, I'm doing some complex stuff), but it's a good starting point.

  • If you just want a status page for all you containers then lazydocker might be what you need. You can see the logs and check the volumes.
