To be honest, generating voucher codes on UniFi console using API was the easiest thing here. There is API Client for C# (https://github.com/anthturner/UniFiSharp), but I have extended it with my naming scheme (which comes from my scratch-card type vouchers generator I have wrote last year) to allow me to cleanup not used vouchers after X minutes from creation.
