  • xow

Linux driver for the Xbox One wireless dongle

  • The wireless adapter I have (the $30 one from Microsoft) needed some drivers. I found a tool called xow (https://github.com/medusalix/xow); it was a little bit janky to set up and iirc is command-line only, but now that I have it set up it works flawlessly without any extra input from me - just plug the dongle in, turn on my controller and it connects automatically.
