WorkOS
The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
The feature table that says what's they've fixed is right on the front page. Even the source code is descriptive of the changes. The FAQ says they're upstreaming their changes. It's also explained on the site why they're doing these patches, because they feel Thunderbird is unresponsive to the patches they're doing and ignores regressions.
Correct, we administer the patches on GitHub, for Linux there is a "one click" build available here: https://github.com/4ch1m/ansible-betterbird. As a soft-fork, we don't keep a copy of the underlying software base. That allows us to always be up-to-date without suffering security issues like other forks of Mozilla projects.
