Try setting up something like Dropbear SSH and storing your PGP key for SSH on the YubiKey itself. Wasn't able to track down a OpenSSH version of this tutorial, but if you were to get that working, you could use the YubiKey's FIDO functionality as your SSH key, making your setup even easier.
