Related: On Android there's Termux that allows running a terminal on your phone & tablet. I've been able to run emacs there, but a keyboard is needed to get a reasonably good experience.
BTW, there's also a nix-oriented fork, nix-on-droid, which is the one I'm actually running.
https://github.com/emacs-lsp/lsp-gitpod could be a possibility too. If you can disable ctrl-w and other keys in your browser.
I've always been using phones that have hardware keyboards though. Most of them don't have dedicated Ctrl or Meta/Esc keys so I map other physical keys to those. Keymapper is a handy tool to get the most out of physical buttons/keys.
