Amethyst. It's a bit buggy, but the automatic tiling + layouts are great
[Yabai[(https://github.com/koekeishiya/yabai). This paired with skhd can replicate many of Amethyst's behaviors, but it's a bit more flexible in window arrangement (i.e. you can drop a window in a specific part of your screen and it'll adjust the tiling to reflect that, whereas with Amethyst it'll just enforce the selected layout)

Rectangle. More like Windows' native window snapping (or Magnet on macOS), but FOSS and doesn't automatically tile. Personally I found the automatic tiling WMs lagged pretty hard when I was screensharing in meetings, so I've switched to this.
