Cannot create a bootable Windows 10 USB in Linux Mint

Flashing the windows ISO directly with a program like unetbootin won't work. Ventoy is supposed to work, but if it didn't, try WoeUSB

The commands that the video says to copy and paste are no longer at the https://github.com/WoeUSB/WoeUSB repository, and I dowloaded the .bash file of the latest version but I have no idea what I do with it.
