TimeShift
Discontinued System restore tool for Linux. Creates filesystem snapshots using rsync+hardlinks, or BTRFS snapshots. Supports scheduled snapshots, multiple backup levels, and exclude filters. Snapshots can be restored while system is running or from Live CD/USB.

WorkOS
The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
For ext4, timeshift handles restores very well from personal experience. It is available in the tumbleweed repo. It generally takes a minute or so to restore (depending on how many files there are) and then reboots (I'm not sure how that compares to snapper).
