SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
What everybody else has said is true, no, you can't tell Firefox's HTTPS enforcement padlock "you're using I2P, don't worry about HTTPS." But you CAN write your own padlock on the opposite side of the panel and use it to display equivalent messaging for equivalent I2P scenarios. Which, hopefully surprising less people by the day, I've already done: https://github.com/eyedeekay/I2P-in-Private-Browsing-Mode-Firefox/blob/master/i2p-https.png
