It just moves some keys around laterally (so your Colemak-dh keycaps that are row profile-specific will work if you already have some). Stats from Keyboard Analyzer are shown below (Changed key are highlighted in Yellow). I'll note that the mod scores are higher on various tests on https://stevep99.github.io/keyboard-layout-analyzer so I don't foresee many degredations. The most obvious degradation at the time of writing is the bigram WI.
