My recommendation would be using QubesOS and converting that template to a Qube and routing it trough Whonix but before Whonix connects to the Internet put corridor before it to make it more unlikely that it could the Windows machine could somehow bypass Whonix. But if you are inexperienced then it may not be easy to start using Qubes (But I think it should still be possible if you read the docs)
