  • OpENer

OpENer is an EtherNet/IP stack for I/O adapter devices. It supports multiple I/O and explicit connections and includes objects and services for making EtherNet/IP-compliant products as defined in the ODVA specification.

  • There was a post recently about libraries for ethernet/IP communication. Normally I'm a fan of pylogix for any communication needs, but I had for a personal project at some point modified the sample program from the OpENer project on github to provide a class1 ethernet/IP inteface through memory mapped files on linux. I present that system here for your amusement and/or use.
