I have the r8125 card on my Asrock z490m and I just downloaded the driver from https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/network-interface-controllers-10-100-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software and installed it following https://github.com/heri16/r8125
I recommend blacklisting the 8169 driver (this was necessary for me otherwise Proxmox would use r8169 instead of r8125). Then install r8125-dkms. This way you will not have to reinstall the driver after every kernel update.
1) 1 usb with proxmox, 1 usb with the DEB Driver (https://github.com/awesometic/realt....05-1/realtek-r8125-dkms_9.003.05-1_amd64.deb)
