You could also install this mod that I made which adds free, unlimited respecs with a new cube recipe that creates a Token of Absolution from a TP Scroll + ID Scroll. The mod also increases stack size of tomes, keys, and quivers, allows Teleport and Thunderstorm to be cast in town, makes ilvl visible in item names, etc.
If you're playing LoD (original D2) you could install PlugY or this mod pack that I put together which includes PlugY, BaseMod, BH Loot Filter, ddraw (better lighting effects and shader support), SG2FreeRes (widescreen support), and other features such as allowing Teleport to be cast in town, a separate charm inventory, etc.
