But to do this, I need your help. As the bourgeois engineer that I am, I do not own any device running Windows. I have been able to find some explanations of the difference in save format for D2R, but they all from the Beta and might be obsolete. I particular, I cannot find any info on how the shared stash is saved. If you have a link or an explanation for me, I'd be very grateful. Even more importantly though, I need save files to test. If you're okay with your save files being "public", please find a way to send them to me here or on GitHub. The more save files I have, the better I will be able to implement D2R support. Go crazy, include all the weird cases you can think of. Brand new characters without mercenary, characters that just died and still have a corpse full of equipped items, characters with items only in the third page of the shared stash, etc.
I made a point not to ever track any of your D2 data, but given how much this is growing, I decided to add minimal and ethical analytics to the website. No Google Analytics! Let's be very clear, I will still never track your D2 data. The only things I'm interested in are:
