Yes, I've searched the web and the only thing that I've found is this https://github.com/canatella/xwwp (that seems great for the multiple tabs issue but does't have an something an history implementation so I'm looking for something more complete but not as complicated as https://github.com/emacs-eaf/emacs-application-framework).

There is also https://github.com/akirakyle/emacs-webkit/. The author seems to be a little busy now.
My fork have a hacky history implementation https://github.com/BlueFlo0d/xwwp It doesn’t have a none hacky one because the underlying WebKit code in Emacs only exports a very limit set of C API… My stuff also have ace-jump like navigation so you can ditch the mouse, enjoy ;)
