https://github.com/joshreve/dactyl-keyboard (generator in python, with a lot of options, but... no skeletal case!)
https://github.com/geoffder/dometyl-keyboard (generator in ocaml, where skeletal case is an option; unfortunately, the thumb cluster layout is not configurable and you cannot add the ring and middle finger extra buttons; also this generator is still in early development so it's probably risky)
sounds like you are ok with an open case, the skeleton edition design was driven in part by the authors desire to reduce print time https://github.com/atsuyuki/dactyl-manuform-skeleton-edition-4x5
Cases with 3d printed sockets integrated into it - like on /u/j_oshreve 's generator iirc, or on https://dactyl.siskam.link/. Geoff on our Discord is also working on a Skeletyl-format case with hotswap sockets, in Clojure
