InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
I use redis on windows for development and I never had any issues, but even if it wasn't available you can connect to a redis instance on another host so the backend itself is portable
ther is an older redis exe compiled by microsoft that works fine as a cache backend. https://github.com/MicrosoftArchive/redis/releases/tag/win-3.2.100
