You can use osr2mp4 to render videos from replays automatically, so you don't have to worry about lag.
You can use things like Danser or https://ordr.issou.best/ (which uses Danser) to render your replays. osr2mp4 is not really recommended as the GUI is fairly hard to use and with Danser, you get much better out-of-the-box quality.
