I'm pretty certain the Windows Addon tool uses a pre-built save image as there is one bundled with it and it doesn't include Cygwin ports of truncate, debugfs or mkfs which I needed to generate the save images. Our tool makes these on the fly just as the Linux script in the ultimate_addon tool does.

So I messed around with this last night and it looks like they are not incorporated into the UCEs. All that needs to be done is to move images to a folder PCX/cox/ of the flashx zip drive. Then rename images to the exact file name of the UCE. The maker of pixelcade pushed images to his github: https://github.com/alinke/pixelcade/tree/master/. It should be easy for someone skilled at writing scripts to scrape the repository and rename and move images. I have not written code with python since school, but I might give it a try.
