Hi. I received a rpi 400 as a gift and am having trouble interpreting the Boot Problems Sticky successfully. On connection to power, the led with a power symbol over it blinks twice, pauses, blinks 8 times, then is unlit. This is the same with & without the sd card in the slot, and with and without mouse and hdmi connected.
