Chew had the color bulb fix and the 403 error fix but is not maintaining their plugin afaik. If you want, I have a version I am maintaining and watching for new features/pull requests on the original plugin and adding to, then submitting pull requests of my own on the maintained RMCob version of it.
to install it. Although this is old, it looks like Hoobs does not allow the installation of global plugins with -g. This link might be helpful, although again I am not 100% sure myself, maybe you can try installing it nonglobally? Sorry if I sound like I am guessing.
