If your plans get serious, check the Swiss topographic map and try to stay on trails that are drawn using long dashed black lines (this usually indicates a wide gravel road). On a gravel bike, I'd try to avoid trails that are drawn using short dashed black lines. Those trails are single trails, and can range from flowy to completely unridable, even with a full suspension mountainbike.
