Install the FULL VERSION of webMAN MOD by pressing L1 while opening the installer (you can check if you have the full version of webMAN by rebooting your console and verifying if the startup message of webMAN says "FULL"). Then enter the setup page of webMAN and under XMB/In-Game PAD SHORTCUTS tick CUSTOM COMBO and enter the following command: "/klic.ps3?/log". Now save the new settings and reboot your console. Run GTA IV and press the PS button, you should now see the in-game XMB, keep pressed for a couple of seconds R2+square and you should get a message in the top-right corner of the screen saying that the KLicensee has been written to /dev_hdd0/klic.log
