  A voice recording app built with the recoil state management library.

Link to the GitHub repo Link to the deployed app This is a simple voice recording app I built to try out the recoil state management library. It’s built with JavaScript to be accessible to more people — but I absolutely recommend using recoil with TypeScript. I fell for so many dumb errors that could be avoided, especially as a first-time user. Overall it was a great experience working with recoil. The learning curve is pretty low, but it does have some novel concepts that take time to get used to (particularly dynamically created atoms and the way selectors can be interchangeable with atoms).
