Balena Etcher does not support 2 bootable images on a single drive BUT a tool called Ventoy does. You can find more information on their GitHub page.
It worked for Windows 10. I've never had the tile menu, thanks to Open Shell menu, nor have I had the Microsoft Store or Cortana. It looks like Toms Hardware is already removing the bloatware from Windows 11.
