Have a look at https://github.com/filebrowser/filebrowser. It's not as advanced as many of the other options mentioned already, but if you just want to make some files available via a webinterface, it's one of the easiest to setup.
As for your own domain I'd suggest looking into reverse-proxying (and maybe dynamic dns if you dont have a static IP). [Nginx Proxy Manager](https://nginxproxymanager.com/) seems pretty straight forward, I've done it myself with just Nginx but will move to NPManager soon. That way you've got automated SSL for any/all domains and subdomains you wanna set up.
