To the best of my knowledge, the only way to accomplish that at the moment is to disable the DNS server function of dnsmasq that's built-in to FreshTomato, then setup an Entware environment on a USB storage device connected to the USB 3.0 port in front, and load a recent version of AdGuard Home into Entware. Once you've got it configured to handle DNS requests successfully for the network, add the path to the AGH binary to an executable file (i.e. set with 0700 octal permissions with root as owner and group) on the root directory of the USB drive named mount.autorun and you should be golden.
