Help in creating a dts file

Planning to use a different ram module with am5729. Here is the module I am planning to use. I am not sure how to incorporate this in the dts file. Here is the dts file I am using(using a bb ai as of now). How should I go about editing the memory node so as to ensure compatibility with this ram module?
