If you need to use windows you can use https://github.com/Sycnex/Windows10Debloater to remove all the bloat that came pre installed, after that run https://www.w10privacy.de to disable the things you don't like or need, https://github.com/builtbybel/privatezilla is a good open-source alternative to w10privacy, but has much less options.

Run Debotnet - https://github.com/builtbybel/debotnet - It has some very useful scripts for disabling telemetry services and scheduled tasks. I install Windows LTSC, so it doesn't have any bloatware, but would use Debotnet to remove bloatware if I ever have to install Home/Pro versions.
