Ah, at that scale you might want to run a real caching server. AdGuard Home can use DoH upstream, or just dnsproxy if you don't need the UI, they can run on some routers, Pi, or just regular PCs. The paid tier for Cloudflare Workers start at $5 per month, which can get you a decent VPS anywhere in the world to run AdGuard Home (because it also supports DoH downstream), or if you're lucky enough to be near one of these, you can just get a free VPS from Oracle Cloud and host AGH there.
