A Hacker News clone - without the side effects 🪄

  • I made an open source clone of hacker news in clojure, called functional news https://github.com/stelcodes/functional-news

  • clojure-koans

A set of exercises for learning Clojure

  • Clojure for the Brave and True is a great beginning resource. I also like The Joy of Clojure. Another resource that helped me get into the mindset and development cycle of clojure was clojure koans. As for backend stuff, I know that Clojure makes it really delightful to make declarative backend API's but there doesn't seem to be a de-facto framework like express yet. Here's an articleI found that might help. Look at what they suggest and decide for yourself what suits your fancy.

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.

  • duct

    Server-side application framework for Clojure

  • My personal favourite, and what I use, is Duct with reitit and hugsql.

  • reitit

    A fast data-driven routing library for Clojure/Script

  • My personal favourite, and what I use, is Duct with reitit and hugsql.

  • usermanager-reitit-integrant-example

A little demo web app in Clojure, using Integrant, Ring, Reitit, Selmer (and a database)

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
