  • longhorn

Cloud-Native distributed storage built on and for Kubernetes

  • Longhorn is a good option. It's pretty easy to install and get up and running in a k8s cluster.

  • I’m currently dealing with this and am working with a solution based on targetd which provides storage via NFS or ISCSI backed by LVM or ZFS. Super simple and doesn’t need to replicate data across nodes and easily supports asymmetric storage solutions common in homelabs. I got the idea from here (not mine): https://github.com/dsonck92/targetd-provisioner
