1.) I really appreciate vitabright. Especially when playing at night. The lowest setting really seems like a blue-light filter. https://github.com/devnoname120/vitabright/releases
2.) Moonlight for the Vita is a must for me! It only really works after I installed a WiFi hotspot in the same room that I use the vita (because the Wifi card in the vita is weak). I'm not sure I understand how to configure it correctly but my setup involves ensuring my PC is only displaying to one monitor in 1920x1080 resolution. My Moonlight client setting for resolution is 1280x720. My PC monitor currently does not change resolutions when things start streaming (Moonlight using nvidia gamestream). Almost everything about my experience is great - almost no stuttering or anything. Streaming PCSX2 feels like it's a native client app it's really remarkable. The one downside is that menu and HUD items can be very small (especially on Breath of the Wild via CEMU). I imagine this might be better if my PC was rending in something closer to the vita's native resolution (960 x 544) but I've never quite cracked the nut on how to get this all configured right. For now I'm keeping it as is because it's good enough. https://github.com/xyzz/vita-moonlight/releases
