According to the comment at the top of the file here https://github.com/KevinOConnor/klipper/blob/master/config/generic-einsy-rambo.cfg the way prusa configures the usb to serial chip is not compatible.
But it seems it work if you flash your own firmware. Bit of effort though. https://github.com/PrusaOwners/mk3-32u2-firmware
